Yamaha Corporation was selected to receive the Grand Prize Company for the Corporate Governance of the Year 2018 Prize sponsored by Japan Association of Corporate Directors (Chairman: Yoshihiko Miyauchi).

The Corporate Governance of the Year honors the companies which have achieved and maintained mid to long term profitability by implementing good corporate governance with the ultimate goal of revitalizing the Japanese economy.
