Visiting Innovation Road
As we are restricting the number of people who can enter Innovation Road, be sure to make a reservation before your visit.
*No entry will be permitted without a reservation.

*You may view the museum freely before and after the tour.

Requests regarding your visit
- * Because Innovation Road is located within Yamaha Corporation headquarters, we would ask that you be sure to check in at the security checkpoint.
- * Please be sure to caution children not to run inside the facility.
- * Intoxicated persons will not be admitted entry to Innovation Road.
- * Although some displays feature instruments that you may try playing, as we are a corporate museum we would ask that you refrain from playing for extended periods or for practice purposes, or from playing at an excessive volume. In some cases, Innovation Road staff may request that you stop playing.
- * For instruments with headphones connected, please use the headphones when trying the instruments out.
- * We limit the playing of certain instruments while guided tours are underway. Your understanding is appreciated.
- * Please refrain from eating, drinking, or talking on cellular phones.
- * Please do not bring pets to Innovation Road. (However, guide dogs may accompany their owners.)
- * You may take video and photographs inside the facility, but we would ask that you please refrain from filming or photographing the video content that is on display. Additionally, if you are shooting content to post on social media, please be careful not to include other visitors in your footage, and do not obstruct the flow of visitors with tripods or other equipment. Please also refrain from filming or photographing Innovation Road staff.
- * Smoking is not permitted anywhere in this facility or on Yamaha premises.
- * There are coin-operated lockers (which will refund your money after use) and multi-purpose toilets available for your use.
Measures against COVID-19
- * Innovation Road will continue to restrict visitor numbers, operate a three-slot-per day rotating visit system, and clean the facility regularly. Additionally, we ask that visitors who have a fever or who are feeling otherwise unwell refrain from entering the facility. While in the museum, visitors are also asked to practice cough etiquette and sanitize their hands.
