Digital Mixing Processor/1987

[ Image ] DMP7

Yamaha’s first digital mixer.
Yamaha created the DMP7 for use as an onstage submixer for mixing synthesizers and digital tone generators such as the DX7, but equipped it with microphone inputs, sold head amp expansion units and made other efforts to encourage its use in PA systems and recording.
The DMP7 is equipped with automated, motor-driven faders and a scene memory function for recalling mixer settings.
