Commencement of Audio Guide services using "Omotenashi Guide"

2025.10.1

Innovation Road will begin offering Audio Guide services utilizing the "Omotenashi Guide" developed by Yamaha.
Omotenashi Guide is a service/solution that utilizes "SoundUD*1" technology developed by Yamaha to bring universal design to sound, allowing sound and text information to be delivered in multiple languages via smartphones.
No dedicated application is required. Users simply scan a QR code with a smartphone to launch their browser, then enter an exhibit number to listen to a commentary on the display. In addition to the audio, the text for the commentary is displayed on screen.
This service is offered in Japanese, English, Chinese, and Spanish.
Using the Audio Guide during your visit will provide you with a greater understanding of Yamaha's history, the stories behind the development of our products, and our commitment to craftsmanship.
We hope that you will use it when you come to Innovation Road.
