Model 12 grand piano (compact model) (Serial No. 31014)

In 1937, in commemoration of the 50th year of its founding, Nippon Gakki Co., Ltd. released a compact grand piano.
This instrument was developed with the goal of creating a piano with the performance of a grand piano but a footprint similar to that of an upright. The Model 12 was later released with very similar specifications.
This is the smallest grand piano that Yamaha has ever made.
