Visits to Innovation Road require a reservation.

As we are restricting the number of people who can enter Innovation Road, be sure to make a reservation before your visit.
*No entry will be permitted without a reservation.

Reservation period	Up to 90 days prior to your visit If Innovation Road is closed on the 90th day, then the following day We accept reservations for schools up to 150 days in advance.
Opening hours	Reservations are accepted for the following three rotating time slots each day. ①10:00-12:00 ②12:30-14:30 ③14:45-16:45 Visits are limited to one two-hour visit per day per person. Visitors to Innovation Road will not be admitted to company premises until 30 minutes prior to the start of each time slot. You may enter and leave the facility as you wish within the two-hour period of your visit. However, note that the time for exiting the museum within your time slot will not change. Entry to Innovation Road is permitted up to 15 minutes prior to the end of each tour time slot. If you do not arrive by that time, your reservation will be canceled automatically, and you will not be able to enter the museum. Please note that entry to the museum is not possible from 12:00 to 12:30 and 2:30 to 2:45 as cleaning is performed during those times.

Tour types	As a general rule, tours are unguided. English-language guided tours may be offered depending on staff availability on the day. Guided tour overview Oriented toward adult visitors, this tour introduces the highlights of Innovation Road, including Yamaha’s history and technology, and our commitment to manufacturing. Held on Friday and Saturday when available. When available, start times for guided tours are as follows. Please arrive in time and ask staff about tour availability. Guided tours start at 10:10 for a reservation from 10:00 Guided tours start at 13:00 for a reservation from 12:30 Time required：1 hour

• Because Innovation Road is located within Yamaha Corporation headquarters, we would ask that you be sure to check in at the security checkpoint.
• We cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that result from your own negligence.
• Children of elementary school age or younger must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. During your visit, please be sure to keep children supervised at all times, and do not allow them to run inside the facility. Please note you may be required to bear the repair costs in the event of any damage to an exhibit.
• Please note that you may be asked to leave the premises if we observe dangerous or disruptive behavior, or if you do not comply with the instructions of our staff.
• Intoxicated persons will not be admitted entry to Innovation Road.
• Although some displays feature instruments that you may try playing, as we are a corporate museum we would ask that you refrain from playing for extended periods or for practice purposes, or from playing at an excessive volume. Please also refrain from using music scores while playing our acoustic pianos. In some cases, Innovation Road staff may request that you stop playing.
• For instruments with headphones connected, please use the headphones when trying the instruments out.
• Please note that we limit test playing in some areas while guided tours are underway, when Innovation Road is being used for business, and during busy times. Your understanding is appreciated.
• Please refrain from eating, drinking, or talking on cellular phones.
• Please do not bring pets to Innovation Road. (However, guide dogs may accompany their owners.)
• You may take video and photographs inside the facility, but we would ask that you please refrain from filming or photographing the video content that is on display. We would also ask that you refrain from flash photography or using a tripod. If shooting video or photographs for social media, be mindful of other guests appearing in your footage. Please also refrain from filming or photographing Innovation Road staff.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere in this facility or on Yamaha premises.
• There are coin-operated lockers (which will refund your money after use) and multi-purpose toilets available for your use.

Measures against COVID-19

• Innovation Road will continue to restrict visitor numbers and operate a three-slot-per day rotating visit system. Additionally, we ask that visitors who have a fever or who are feeling otherwise unwell refrain from entering the facility. While in the museum, visitors are also asked to practice cough etiquette and sanitize their hands.

• To visit Innovation Road, please enter from the main gate, which is on the east side of the headquarters complex beside the Enshu railway. Access is not possible from Gakki Naka-dori.
