With influences spanning traditional Sri Lankan music, Pop, Jazz, and R&B, Hussain has mesmerized audiences worldwide, performing, recording or touring with esteemed artists like Sergio Mendes, Al McKay, Yanni, and Herb Alpert. His exceptional skills as a writer, arranger, producer, and engineer have earned him a Grammy Award for his contributions to Herb Alpert’s acclaimed album "Steppin' Out."
This outstanding show was originally live streamed in the summer of 2023 at the Laguna Festival of Arts and features Vi Jordan (lead vocalist), Quinn Johnson (piano), Robert Kyle (woodwinds), Kevin Winard (drums) and backup singers Hannah Lewis and Maeve Riley.
Songs include "Signed, Sealed, Delivered," "Englishman in New York," "Perhaps, Perhaps, Perhaps, "Caught Up in the Rapture" and many more.
