Elisa Fiorillo - That Girl Can Sing!

Festival of Arts
650 Laguna Canyon Rd
Laguna Beach, CA 92651

Enjoy this captivating performance of hit standards, performed by Elisa Fiorillo at the 2022 Festival of Arts in Laguna Beach, California!

Songs include "Summertime," "I've Got A Crush On You," "Night and Day," and "Over the Rainbow." Elisa is joined by Tony Guerrero (trumpet), Mark Visher (Sax), Chris Barron (Piano), Corbin Jones (Bass), and Bryan Taylor (Drums).

Elisa has been entertaining audiences for decades, ever since winning the 1985 season of TV's "Star Search." In 1987, she was signed to Chrysalis Records, and in 1990 her hit single, "On The Way Up," co-written and produced by Prince, reached Billboard's top 30. She also appeared on Prince‘s album Diamonds and Pearls as a backup vocalist.

In the 2000s, Elisa turned her musical direction toward jazz, recording stellar interpretations of songs from the Great American Songbook. Using her married name Dease, Fiorillo partnered with Nashville-based guitarist Tyler Reese in 2013 to form an independent musical duo called The Dease & Reese Project.

This performance was originally recorded live on August 16, 2022, at the Festival of Arts in Laguna Beach, CA.
