Nine Inch Nails Guitarist Aaron North on the Road with Yamaha Guitars

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. (June 20, 2006) — Nine Inch Nails guitarist Aaron North is on the road this summer with Yamaha Guitars. He is using the AES1500 electric guitar and the SA503 TVL Troy van Leeuwen signature guitar, as Nine Inch Nails makes its way across North America on the summer leg of Live: With Teeth 2006.

"Yamaha artist Troy van Leeuwen gave Aaron his first Yamaha guitar – Troy's signature model. Aaron liked it so much that he came back to Yamaha Artist Services Hollywood for the AES1500 as well. Yamaha Guitars is really pleased that we can support Aaron and Nine Inch Nails on their current tour," says Mike Tempesta, artist relations manager for Yamaha Guitars.

Live: With Teeth 2006 is visiting cities such as Boston, Toronto, Detroit, Cleveland, Chicago, and Indianapolis through July. Goth rock band Bauhaus will open for Nine Inch Nails.

North is an ex-member of the punk band The Icarus Line, and also co-owns Buddyhead with Travis Keller. Perhaps most infamously known for its gossip section, Buddyhead is also a record label with releases for such bands as Wires on Fire, Shat, Burning Brides, Dillinger Escape Plan, The Icarus Line, Radio Vago, and more.
