Lord of the Rings – The Hobbit - The Piano Guys

At the time of its release, "Lord of the Rings" was The Piano Guys' most requested work. To prepare for this video, they studied the music of The Lord of Rings, contemplated what themes to incorporate, and envisioned how they could tell the story by flowing from one to the other. In addition, they had to find new ways to use cellos to imitate instruments from various sections of the orchestra. They endeavored to represent each of the major allies and opposing forces in the story: The Elves, The Ents, Rohan, Mordor and Isengard, the Hobbits and Gondor. There's also a little hint at Shelob.
