The Case of the Missing Hare - Joel Plimmer

This 1942 classic Warner Brothers cartoon features the iconic Bugs Bunny in one of his earliest appearances. Part of the “Merrie Melodies” series, the animated short features the famous voice of Mel Blanc as both Bugs and the other main character, a magician. In this story, the clever rabbit takes revenge on the magician after he nails show posters on Bugs Bunny’s home tree. The full-orchestra score composed by Carl Stalling is synched with an equally animated piano track by Joel Plimmer.
