Internationally acclaimed pianist Roberto Plano provides a moving performance of Piano Sonata #3 in F# Minor. Originally composed by Alexander Scriabin, the piece is comprised of four movements which enhance the "gothic" tone Scriabin is known for. With his talent, Plano is able to evoke the dark emotion Scriabin had written into the piece. --From the Newport Music Festival, July 15, 2012.
