 "Live from Laurel Canyon"
Postponed

Musical Instrument Museum (MIM)
4725 E Mayo Blvd
Phoenix, AZ 85050

Because of technical considerations, we will not be broadcasting this event LIVE from MIM. We are, however, capturing the performance and will place it on our schedule in the very near future. Thank you for your understanding. “Live from Laurel Canyon”—Songs & Stories of American Folk-Rock—is a tribute performance to one of the most influential eras of American pop music. Talented artists Khani Cole, Brian Chartrand and Kip Fox journey through the classic songs and stories from this special neighborhood that cultivated an era in music that defined a generation and influenced generations to come. Laurel Canyon, which sits high above Los Angeles and winds down to intersect with Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, has been home to many musical legends including: the Byrds, Carole King, James Taylor, the Mamas and the Papas, Joni Mitchell, Crosby, Stills & Nash, the Eagles, Jim Morrison, Neil Young, among many other artists. This performance will take you on a journey back in time through the musical history of Laurel Canyon and its vast influence.
