Brown and The Father's Heart International Church as well as The Empowerment Worship Center under the pastoral ship of Charles Robinson Jr. "Most people tell me that I have a different style of playing, whether it is drums, piano, or organ. I just pray that God continues to bless me with other opportunities."

JR's passion for difficult styles of music has allowed him to write and produce for Elder Jimmy Mitchell and Jimmy Mitchell's Drum Institute and the Greater Christ Temple Youth Choir's project, where JR has written the title cut "Grateful." JR served as the music director for Erik Dillard Ministries, and he is featured on the song "One Word" and on upcoming artist Erik Dillard's project titled Great Things. JR is now the lead producer for upcoming record company Shortfuse Records spearheaded by Sean Harper.

Since JR's release project, he has helped produced upcoming artists and groups such as Camille Betton, Victoria Dunn, New Season and Men Of God's Heart.
