Enjoying a varied musical career as a trumpet soloist, chamber musician, conductor and scholar, Daniel D’Addio serves as Artistic Director of the Hartford Independent Chamber Orchestra, Music Director of the Connecticut Youth Symphony, Music Director and Conductor of the Capitol Symphonic Winds and Conductor of the Charter Oak Brass Band. Dan has performed and conducted throughout North America and Europe. He serves on the faculty of The Hartt School Community Division and Central Connecticut State University.
