Welcome to the on-line Yamaha Piano ServiceBondSM and Heirloom Assurance Programs.
Product Registration Steps
  • On date of sale, Dealer completes the product registration form below on-line.
  • Dealer informs Technician of the sale.
  • Technician services the piano.
  • Yamaha creates a customized Customer comment letter and, with a thank you letter, it is sent to the Customer.
  • Customer completes the request and mails the letter to Yamaha.
  • Yamaha mails the Customer comment letter to Dealer for display in the binder especially created for that purpose.

ServiceBond Steps
  • Dealer informs Technician when the time for the ServiceBond visit has arrived.
  • Technician schedules appointment and performs prescribed work.
  • Customer signs ServiceBond card verifying the work has been completed.
  • Technician signs the ServiceBond card and returns card to dealer.
  • Dealer mails ServiceBond card to Yamaha as request for payment.
  • Yamaha sends payment to Dealer.

Heirloom Assurance Steps
  • Dealer applies for the warranty by filling out the registration form.
  • Form (with pictures) is submitted to Piano Service for evaluation.
  • Piano Service makes determination on eligibility.
  • Piano Service forwards form to Sales for registration, or to dealer for other action.
  • Piano Sales registers the product, forwards documentation to dealer.
