  • Establish consistent brand strategy based on Yamaha Philosophy, and create consistent brand experiences resonating customers' emotions.
  • Executing creative directions pointing out the essential matters in BU, leading to their marketing goals and maximizing KGIs.
  • Global penetration of Yamaha Marketing Process/Funnel, setting clear KPI/ROI targets and maximizing group totals' marketing outputs.
  • Leading marketing HR development in quality and quantity.

  • Review and Analysis of Yamaha's global SNS channels, including brand character consistency and SNS grammer reviews
  • Proposal to improve current Yamaha SNS channels
  • Yamaha's Youtube channel issues and improvement proposals
