Yamaha Brand Receives Rank No. 28 in the "Best Japan Brands 2023"

The top 100 brands in the "Best Japan Brands" are selected brands originating in Japan. The unique Brand Valuation Criteria for Inclusion evaluates their brand value from three specific analyses: financial performance, role of brands, and brand strength. The total value of the "Yamaha" brand, the shared brand of Yamaha Corporation (hereinafter "Yamaha") and Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd., achieved 28th place increasing 11% compared to last year’s brand value. The Yamaha Group was recognized as promoting an important theme in our medium-term management plan, “Develop Closer Ties with Customers” through our experiential brand stores and Yamaha Music ID and touched on social issues with the continual “Otomachi” program with local communities. In addition, our innovative activities to pursue human-AI co-creation are highly commended.

This year's announcement was the 14th of its kind.
