Ski Boots/1995

[ Image ] R-08 RACING

Continuing the legacy of the R-08 Series, these boots were used by many top skiers.
They feature specially raised cuffs (upper shells) on the rear on the inside to allow simultaneous movement of both feet. With stiff rear support, these boots utilize asynchronous carbon insert back supports in support of edging power on the inner side.
These boots were used by Oribe Hirabayashi (from Yamaha) to win the men's giant slalom in the 50th national winter games in February 1995, while Takuya Ishioka (from Yamaha) used this model to win the men's giant slalom and slalom in the 73rd National Championships, held in March of the same year.
