An IR (Infrared) Flasher is the
part of a remote extender system which emits infrared
light, conveying commands from your repeater hub
directly to your A/V components, thus giving you
the control and convience throughout your living
space.

The
MCX-C15 supports IR remote transmission functions for custom
installation to control other components. The IR signals are
received by the controllers’ sensor then transmitted
to the MCX-CA15 or the In/Out Box to an IR flasher to repeat
the signal for other components.*
