Q.
I can't take out the CD-R/RW disc from the tray.
A.
If the power is cut off when the MusicCAST server is burning a CD-R/RW, this problem will occur.
In this case, turn off the power normally, and then turn on the power. Wait for 5 minutes without touching any keys. After that press the OPEN key only ONCE. (Do not press it two or more times.)
If you try this, and you still can't take out the disc, your MusicCAST server will need to be serviced.

Q.
When I turn off the client by it's STANDBY/ON key, the client status LED on the server doesn't turn off immediately.
A.
It's normal. The MusicCAST server takes approximately 1 minute to recognize that the clients are turned off. And the same is true when you unplug the client's AC adapter.

Q.
Some of the OSD information from the client is different from that found on the LCD display.
A.
The "Playlist" is able to include not only each song but also the other play list like an album or genre. If the play list includes another list or genre, and the listed title means an album title or a genre name, the letter "L" or "G" appears in the head of the each title on the LCD display only. The "L" or "G" letters don't appear on the OSD output.
This is normal.

Q.
My MusicCAST server seems to be freezing.
A.
You can reboot the server without unplugging it.
Press and hold the STANDBY/ON switch, until the five client status LEDs are turned on and off in turn, and then the MusicCAST server begins to re-start completely.

Q.
I can't operate my MusicCAST client.
A.
It might be locked by the server.
The MusicCAST server allows you to lock each client in "Client Playback" menu.
