Audio Master Quality Recording is Yamaha's exclusive technology, which enables high quality recording. This technology absorbs the dispersion of recorded data and eliminates the noise by increasing the linear velocity from 1.2 m/s to 1.4 m/s at recording, to lower the jitter value. As a result, the stability of the signals being played is greatly improved.
You can use this technology when copying on a CD-R from the HDD.
You cannot record the data inputted from external equipment directly on a CD-R in the Audio Master Quality Recording mode. In this case, record the data on the HDD first, then copy it to a CD-R from the HDD. You cannot write the data on a CD-RW disc using Audio Master Quality Recording mode.
When copying on a CD-R disc from the HDD, use the "Digital Move" feature. The data on the HDD will be erased after the recording is complete.
