Recording and Saving a Melody to Disk
Recording a One Track Melody

Power On the keyboard and select the voice for recording.
Press the [REC] button.
Play the music track.
Press the [PLAY/STOP] button to finish the recording.
Naming the Song

Press the [CURSOR RIGHT] button and turn Data Dial to select first letter in the name of the song. Press the [CURSOR RIGHT] button again and turn the Data Dial to select the next letter in the name of the Song. Continue until you are satisfied with the name of the song. When finished, continue pressing the [CURSOR RIGHT] or [CURSOR LEFT] until the screen normal again.
Saving the Song to Disk

Insert a disk.
Press the [JOB SELECT] button twice (Arrow on right of screen will point to SAVE).
Press the [FUNCTION DOWN] button once (Arrow on left of screen will point to SONG).
Press the [EXECUTE] button.
Press the [-NO] or [+/YES] button to select the file that you would like to save this song to. Select "********" if you want to save the song to a new file.
Press the [EXECUTE] button to save.
