Copying Files from one Floppy Disk to Another
While the easiest way to copy files from one floppy disk to another is on a computer, this procedure may also be performed using the disk drive of the keyboard only.-
Insert the floppy disk with the desired file/files.
Press the [DISK/SCSI] button.
Press the [C] 'COPY FILE/FD' button.
Press the [A] 'COPY FILE' button.
Select the file to be copied.
Press the [NEXT] button.
Press the '1' [^] toggle button below the screen. The screen displays, 'Please insert the destination disk, then press YES'.
Eject the original disk and insert the destination disk.
Press the [G] 'YES' button.
Press the [NEXT] button. The screen displays, 'Do you want to copy?'.
Press the [G] 'YES' button. The screen displays, 'Please insert a disk to copy, then press YES'.
Eject the destination disk and insert the original disk.
Press the [G] 'YES' button. The screen displays, 'Please insert the destination disk, then press YES'.
Eject the original disk and insert the destination disk.
Press the [G] 'YES' button.
Once the file has been successfully copied to the destination disk, the screen will briefly display, 'Completed'.
