Using the MIDI THRU Function

In Utility mode, when the 'MIDI IN/OUT' function is assigned to the 'MIDI' jacks, the MIDI THRU jack is used to pass incoming MIDI signals (going into the MIDI IN) to another device.

When the 'MIDI IN/OUT' function is assigned to the USB jack, the MIDI OUT jack is used to pass incoming MIDI signals (going into the USB) to another device.
