Cartridge options are not accessible on a PSR620

In most cases, the reason a Cartridge may not be accessible is due to its incomplete insertion into the cartridge slot. Inserting Cartridges:

1) Insert the cartridge into the slot until it stops.

2) Apply medium downward pressure to the cartridge until it locks into place.
