02R digital input configuration
The 02R has two stereo digital inputs ''out of the box''. With up to four optional YGDAI cards, the 02R can receive an additional (32) digital inputs.
The 02R has four YGDAI (Yamaha General Digital Audio Interface) ''slots''. Each slot provides eight digital input and output channels. Thus, with four option cards (4 slots X 8 channels/slot = 32 channels) and the 2TRD1 and 2TRD2 inputs configured as stereo inputs, the 02R can receive a total of (36) digital inputs.
