PSR730 Revoice Function
Revoicing allows the user to modify various parameters, including Voice, Volume, Octave, Pan, Reverb depth, Chorus depth, or DSP depth, of any Voice part (R1, R2 or L), and/or any Style part parameter, including Rhythm, Bass, Chord, Phrase or Pad.WARNING: Settings created in REVOICE mode must be stored in REGISTRATION MEMORY in order to be saved.
REVOICING AN INSTRUMENT SOUND: TIP: This feature is useful for customizing a Voice to suit individual needs.
- 1) Press the [VOICE]
button.
2) Press the [REVOICE] button.
3) Choose the desired part to change (R1, R2 or L) by using track buttons [14] to [16], located at the bottom of the display.
4) Use the SUB MENU
or
buttons to choose the parameter to change (Voice, Volume, Octave, Pan, Reverb depth, Chorus depth or DSP depth).5) Adjust the selected parameter by using the PLUS [+] or MINUS [-] buttons or the DATA DIAL.
6) Repeat steps 3-5 as necessary and press the [REVOICE] button when finished.

button.
2) Press the [REVOICE] button.
3) Choose the style to change (Rhythm 1, Rhythm 2, Bass, Chord 1, Chord 2, Pad, Phrase 1 or Phrase 2). Do this by using track buttons [1-8] that are located at the bottom of the display.
4) Use the SUB MENU
or
buttons to choose the parameter to change (Voice, Volume, Octave, Pan, Reverb depth or Chorus depth).5) Adjust the selected parameter by using the PLUS [+] and MINUS [-] buttons or the DATA DIAL.
6) Repeat steps 3-5 as necessary and press the [REVOICE] button when finished.
TIP: To MUTE a specific part, press the corresponding track button until the instrument icon disappears. This feature is useful for customizing a Style. For example, to use only the BossaNova Style's drum and bass parts in a performance, the REVOICE function will MUTE the other parts, playing only the parts desired.
