Editing the Effects parameters for the drum track on an SY85
The effect settings for the Drum Part are ONLY accessible while in the Voice Mode. In other words, the actual Drum Kit voice effect parameters must be edited in order to realize changes to the Rhythm Track in the Song Mode.NOTE: All edits made to a Voice will effect any Song that utilizes that same Voice.
- 1) Press the [VOICE]
button.
2) Press the [EFFECT EDIT] Sub Mode button.
3) Press the [MENU] button.
4) Use the rotary dial to scroll the various Effect Edit options.
1: MODE, TYPE
2: KEY SEND SELECT & LEVEL
3: KEY DRY OUTPUT
4: OUTPUT LEVEL
5: WET:DRY BALANCE
6: MIX LEVEL
7: EFFECT 1 PARAMETERS
8: EFFECT 2 PARAMETERS
9: CONTROL PARAMETERS
10: CONTROL LFO
5) Press the [ENTER/YES] button.
6) Press a keyboard key that corresponds to the drum instrument you wish to edit and make the desired changes.
7) When editing is complete, press the [STORE] button. The Voice location on the display should automatically be the voice that is being edited. Another voice location can be selected if desired.
8) Press the [ENTER/YES] button. ''Are you sure?'' will appear on the screen.
9) Press the [ENTER/YES] button to save all changes.
