Digital Mixers
02R does not receive digital audio through card slots 3 or 4
The input source for Mic/Line channels 1 - 8 and 9 - 16 can be selected as either ''analog'' (using internal A/D converters) or ''digital'' (using optional cards in slots 3 and 4). The default setting is ''analog'' (seen as ''INT ANALOG'' in the LCD display) for both channel groups 1 - 8 and 9 - 16. Changing the input selection to ''digital'' (seen as ''CARD SLOT 3'' and ''CARD SLOT 4'' in the LCD display) very often solves this problem.
To enable digital input via CARD SLOT 3 or CARD SLOT 4:
-
Press the [DIGITAL I/O] button repeatedly until Page 2/5 ''Input Signal Select'' is visible in the LCD display.
The first row of boxes select the input for channel group MIC 1 - 8. Inputs for this channel group come in through card slot 3. To select digital input for this group use the cursor keys to move the cursor on the box labeled ''CARD SLOT 3''. Press [ENTER]. The box will turn dark, indicating that card slot 3 is active.
The second row of boxes select the input for channel group MIC 9 - 16. Inputs for this channel group come in through card slot 4. To select digital input for this group use the cursor keys to move the cursor on the box labeled ''CARD SLOT 4''. Press [ENTER]. The box will turn dark, indicating that card slot 4 is active.
