Selecting an Input Mode on an SPX990

The SPX990 has three (3) Input Mode options:

Stereo – The Left Input signal is processed and sent to the Left Output and the Right Input signal is processed and sent to the Right Output. The integrity of the Stereo image remains in tact.

NOTE: 'Stereo' is the default mode setting.

L Mono – Only the Left Input is used and the signal is processed and sent to both the Left and Right Outputs.
R Mono – Only the Right Input is used and the signal is processed and sent to both the Left and Right Outputs.
  1. Press the [EDIT] button to enter the 'Edit' mode.
  2. Press the [PAGE Up Button] and [PAGE Down Button] 'Page Select' buttons until 'Page 5 System' is displayed.
  3. Press either the Down Button or Up Button 'Function' button underneath 'Input' on the display screen. The screen will show 'Input Select' on the top row and the current mode setting on the bottom row.
  4. Press either the Down Button or Up Button 'Function' button underneath the current mode setting on the display screen to select one of the three 'Input Mode' options.
    NOTE: The selected 'Input Mode' is "global" meaning it will apply to ALL Effect Programs.
  5. Press the [MEMORY] button to return to the normal operating mode.
