Selecting the correct SMPTE Timecode Frame Rate on an 02R
The 02R can sync to SMPTE Timecode at any standard Frame Rate and successfully record and playback automation data. The Frame Rate options available on the 02R 'Automix Main' page allow the user to select either '30' (non-drop), '30D' (drop), '25' or '24' FPS.
NOTE: In the event that a SMPTE frame rate of 29.97 non-drop or 29.97 drop is being used, select the corresponding '30' (non-drop) or '30D' (drop)' FPS option on the 'Automix Main' page. The 02R will appropriately detect and compensate for 29.97 fps and synchronize properly.

Press the [AUTOMIX] button until the 'Automix Main' page is displayed.
Use the cursor buttons to navigate to the 'Frames' section and highlight the desired Frame Rate (30, 30D, 25 or 24 FPS).
Press the [ENTER] button to select the Frame Rate.
