Sustain Pedal Function is Operating in Reverse on a PSR540

When working normally, the Sustain function is activated when the pedal is pressed down. If the Sustain Pedal is operating in reverse, the pedal polarity setting can be changed to correct the problem.
  1. Press the [FUNCTION] button.


  2. Press the [+] button until the top of the screen displays 'F4 UTILITY'.


  3. Press the [NEXT] button.


  4. Press the [+] button until the top of the screen displays 'Utility=Pedal'.


  5. Press the [NEXT] button twice.


  6. Press the [+] button. The top of the screen will display 'Polarity=Revrs'.


  7. Press the foot pedal once.
