Enabling the PLG100VH Plug-In Board on an S80
Following installation of the PLG100-VH Card in the S80 (make sure it is installed in the PLG1 slot), it is necessary to enable the Vocal Harmony feature in the Effects section of the Performance Memory.- 1) Plug a microphone into the A/D input of the S80.
2) Press the [PERFORMANCE] button.
3) Press the [EDIT] button.
4) Turn the (A) knob counterclockwise until 'Common' appears in the lower left of the screen.
5) Turn the (PAGE) knob to 'EFF Part' page.
6) Turn the (2) knob to set the 'PLG EF' to 'PartAD'.
7) Turn the (PAGE) knob to the 'EFF Plg' page.
8) Turn the (1) knob to select the desired type of Vocal Harmony (other than 'THRU').
9) Turn the (A) knob until 'PartAD' appears in the lower left corner of the screen.
10) Turn the (B) knob to select 'mic'.
11) Turn the (C) knob to select 'Mic'.
12) Adjust the Gain as necessary on the back of the S80.
