Using the Speaker Simulator on a DG1000
One of the features of the DG1000 is a Speaker Simulator. The Speaker Simulator allows the user to monitor and record directly from the DG1000, with the use of a Power Amp, Speakers, or Microphones.
NOTE: The default setting for the Speaker Simulator is OFF. Whenever the DG1000 is powered down, the default setting is restored.
Activating the Speaker Simulator:

Turn ON the power.
Press and hold the [MIDI] button and the [CLEAN 2] 'Amp Select ' button.
While still holding the the [MIDI] button and the [CLEAN 2] buttons, press the
'Up Arrow' button. The 'Clean 2' LED will light up.Deactivating the Speaker Simulator:

Press and hold the [MIDI] button and the [CLEAN 2] 'Amp Select ' button.
While still holding the the [MIDI] button and the [CLEAN 2] buttons, press the
'Down Arrow' button. The 'Clean 2' LED will turn OFF
