Accessing General MIDI (GM) Voices on a CVP85A
Activating GM Voice Mode:
NOTE: Continue holding the [MIDI/TRANSPOSE] button through steps 1-5.

Press and hold the [MIDI/TRANSPOSE] button and then press the C3 key (middle C).
Press the [16BEAT 1/16BEAT 2] button twice.
Press the
'TEMPO UP' button three times.
Press the [16BEAT 1/16BEAT 2] button once.
Press the 'TEMPO UP' button once.
Release the [MIDI/TRANSPOSE] button.Selecting Voices:

Press and hold down the [DRUMS] button.
Select the desired Voice (Three Methods: a - c).

Press a button for the desired Voice in the 'VOICE' selector group.
Press the [VOICE 13 - 60] button (for Voices 13 - 60).

Scroll to the desired Voice using the
or 
'VOICE 13 - 60' buttons.Enter the number for the desired Voice by pressing the appropriate numbered buttons in the 'VOICE' selector group.
NOTE: The Voice number will appear on the 'TEMPO' display while the [DRUMS] button is held.
