PLG100XG Plug-in Board is not Being Recognized

This solution applies to the following models: CS6R, CS6X, and S80.

The PLG100-XG Plug-in Board is made to be installed into the 'PLG2' slot. If it is installed in the 'PLG1' slot, the Board will not be recognized. Installation / Verification:

1) Install the PLG100-XG Plug-in Board in the PLG2 slot.

2) From Voice or Performance Mode, press the [UTILITY] button.

3) Turn the (PAGE) knob to select 'PLG Status' in the left corner of the screen. If the PLG100XG Board is installed correctly, the screen will display 'PLG2:PLG100-XG'.
