Editing the Chord Track of a Song on a QY100

The Chord Track can be edited in a similar manner as step recording. All chord entries (root and type) at specific measures and beats can be changed or erased as desired. Editing the Chord Track:
    1) Press the [SONG] button until the main Song screen is displayed. The word 'SONG' will appear in the top left corner.

    2) If necessary, use the Cursor buttons in the upper-right side of the unit to highlight the Song number at the top of the display.

    3) Use the [-1/NO] or [+1/YES] button to select the desired Song location.

    4) If 'FNGR' is not set to 'OFF', then use the Cursor buttons to highlight 'FNGR' above the track numbers in the display. Otherwise, proceed to step 6.

    5) Use the [-1/NO] button to set 'FNGR' to 'OFF'.

    6) Use the Cursor buttons to highlight 'Cd' (Chord Track).

    7) Press the [MENU] button.

    8) Press the [F3] Function button to select 'EDIT'. The unit will now display the chord entry screen.

    9) Make all desired changes to the Chord Track

      a) Use the 'Micro-Keyboard' to enter the chord root and type.

        1] Press the desired 'key' button on the left half of the 'Micro-Keyboard' from E to D# to enter the root of the chord.
        2] Press the desired 'key' button on the right half of the 'Micro-Keyboard from the second E to the top E to enter the chord type.

        NOTE: Each chord type button has two chord types available per button. Each time a button is pressed the chord type will toggle from one typg to the other.

      b) Chord entries can be erased by first highlighting the desired entry and then pressing the top [F1] 'Function' button next to 'ers>' on the display.

      c) Use the Cursor buttons to navigate to subsequent beats and measures in order to edit any additional chord entries.

    10) Press the [EXIT] button when editing is completed.
