Connecting an AX44 Audio Expansion Unit to a DS2416 Digital Mixing Card
Up to two AX44 Audio Expansion Units can be connected to the DS2416 Digital Mixing Card providing up to 8 additional external analog inputs, and 8 additional external outputs.
The DS2416 card has two internal connectors, labeled IO-A and IO-B to which the two AX44 Audio Expansion Units can be connected using the 20-pin connection cable supplied with the AX44. The following is a table that shows the connector/channel assignments:
