Downloading the Latest QY70 Data Filer for Windows
The earlier QY70 Data Filer was compatible with Windows 95/98/Me/NT. The latest QY70 Data Filer has been updated so that it is compatible with Windows 2000. Uninstalling the Old QY70 Data Filer (Optional):1) Click the Windows <START>button.
2) Select 'Settings' and then select 'Control Panel'.
3) Double-click on the 'Add/Remove Programs' icon.
4) Scroll in the selection box until 'YAMAHA QY Data Filer' appears.
5) Click on 'YAMAHA QY Data Filer' so that it becomes highlighted.
6) Click the <Add>button. A confirmation Window will appear.
7) Click the <YES>button to remove the old QY Data Filer.

Download Procedure:
1) Click here to download the latest QY Data Filer, version 1.0.2. The instructions below explain the download process.
a) Select the 'Save this program to disk' radio button in the 'File Download' dialog box.
b) Click the <OK> button. The 'Save As' dialog box will appear. 
c) Select the Windows Desktop as the destination folder.
1] Click on the drop-down button in the 'Save In:' field and select 'Desktop'. ('Desktop' will appear at the top of the drop-down list)
2] Click the <Save> button. The 'Saving Progress' dialog box will appear until the download is complete.

Extraction Procedure:
1) Double-click on the 'QYFiler.exe' application file that is located on the Windows Desktop. The 'WinZip Self-Extractor' dialog box will appear.
a) Click the <Unzip> button. The files will be unzipped into the Windows Desktop and then the 'WinZip Self-Extractor' confirmation dialog box will appear.
b) Click the <OK> button.
c) Close the 'WinZip Self-Extractor' dialog box by clicking on the <Close>button.
NOTE: The above procedure will save nine files to the Windows Desktop into a folder called 'QYFiler'.
Installation Procedure:
1) Double-click on the 'QYFiler' folder. The QYFiler Window will open.
2) Double-click on the 'Setup.exe' file to launch the installation program.
3) Follow the direction of the installation program.
