Saving and Loading Registrations on a PSR1000, PSR1100, PSR2000 and PSR2100
On the front panel of the keyboards there are 8 'REGISTRATION MEMORY' buttons. Each Registration button 'holds' one 'setup'. However, these Registration Memories are erased each time the keyboards are powered OFF. It is necessary to save the Registration Memories each time they are created or modified. Registration Memories are saved to either 'USER' memory or Floppy Disk in groups of 8 as a Registration Bank 'File'. Registration Bank 'Files' can be organized into Folders, if necessary. This hierarchical method is similar to that used in Microsoft Windows™ where 'Folders' and 'Files' may be managed using the familiar CUT, COPY, PASTE and DELETE functions.
