Enabling and Disabling the MIDI Ports on a PSR170/172

The MIDI ports are enabled and disabled depending on the 'mode' of the keyboard. The MIDI ports are ENABLED in the 'STYLE' and 'VOICE' modes. The MIDI ports are DISABLED in Song mode.
