Proper New Song Procedure on an AW4416

When recording a new song on the AW4416, the current mixer settings are will be in operation. To make sure that no previous mixer settings cause problems after starting a new song, recall SCENE 00. This INITIAL DATA scene memory will reset all processors to a flat position and all faders to bottom.
Saving Current Settings (Optional):
  1. Press the [SCENE] button.
  2. Turn the (DATA) dial to find a blank memory location.
  3. Use the Up Button, Down Button, Left Button, and Right Button buttons to select 'STORE'.
  4. Press the [ENTER] button.
  5. Use the Up Button, Down Button, Left Button, and Right Button buttons to select 'OK'.
  6. Press the [ENTER] button.

New Song Procedure:
  1. After NEW SONG is recalled, press the [SCENE] button located next to the automix button to the right of the display.
  2. Press the [F1] button to access the first scene page.
  3. Turn the (DATA) Dial counter-clockwise until scene '00' is on the command line.
  4. Use the Up Button, Down Button, Left Button, and Right Button buttons to select the 'RECALL' box.
  5. Press the [ENTER] button. A confirmation box will appear.
  6. Use the Up Button, Down Button, Left Button, and Right Button buttons to select 'OK'.
  7. Press the [ENTER] button.
