Artist Model Series Trumpet Unveiled

BUENA PARK, Calif. (September 9, 2005) — To the delight of trumpet players nationwide, the long-awaited trumpet project from brass designer Bob Malone has been released as the YTR-9445CHS Chicago C Trumpet. This new trumpet is a collaborative project between Chicago Symphony Orchestra Trumpet Artist John Hagstrom and Yamaha Custom Shop Manager Bob Malone. The YTR-9445CHS represents the best advances in technology coupled with the traditions of hand-made quality.

As part of the introduction of the new Artist Model trumpet, Yamaha has launched the Artist Model Series website. The site features highlights of the Artist Series instruments, articles about the newly organized Yamaha Artist Services Inc. in New York City, video clips and the network of ateliers referred to as the Global Design Group.
