Bars
The bars are tuned with the Yamaha exclusive tuning method to ensure true pitch and a full sound. They also feature a glossy gold finish to produce a bright, projecting sound.
Bar Sizes
The graduated bars with extended range produce full tone and projection throughout the instrument's range. The extended range expands musical possibilities.
Height Adjustable Frame
This feature allows for the most comfortable playing position for all players.
Oversized Swivel Pedal
The oversized, swivel pedal allows the player freedom of movement over the complete keyboard.
Motor
The very quiet motor with silent pause, silent fan speed slider control, and memory fan position allows musical expression without unwanted noise. The memory returns stopped fans to pre-determined position.
Frame
The frame has dual angle braces, lower crossbar support, and horizontal leg support to maintain stability, and therefore playability of the instrument.
Locking Casters
Locking casters on the player side are easy to reach and secure the instrument during pedaling.
Fully Collapsible Instrument
A fully collapsible frame with two-part resonators, damper arm and pedal crossbar, and hinged rails allow dissassembly into relatively small parts for compact storage and transport.
Resonators
Only essential accidental resonators are used to reduce weight.
Tuning of Partials
An additional tuning process of partials ensures superb intonation and broad tone on the YV-3910.
