Our AEX series, designed in collaboration with jazz giant Martin Taylor, is a fine example of Yamaha's vintage-meets-visionary philosophy.

Expanding on the innovative body design of the AEX500 series, the AEX500N2 features Nylon strings and a 1-way Piezo pickup system. The 3-band graphic EQ and a single volume control allow for simple operation of the instrument. The Spruce top and Alder body achieves a unique tone and sound unlike any instrument. The string spacing and neck shape provide a comfortable feel throughout every playing position.
