How to Get Your Disklavier Online

To use DisklavierRadio and the DisklavierMusicStore, you will need to have your Mark IV connected to the Internet. You can do this with any high speed Internet connection through a modem or router. To reference your Mark IV owners or update manual, please click here.

How to Register

Register for an Internet Direct Connection account at music.yamaha.com/serviceregistration.html. After entering both your instrument and payment information you'll be ready to log in on your instrument and start accessing DisklavierRadio and the DisklavierMusicStore.

How to Upgrade

Only Mark IV Disklaviers with firmware version 2.0 or higher installed can use DisklavierRadio and the DisklavierMusicStore. Call or email Yamaha Customer Support at (800) 854-1569 or pianoservice@yamaha.com to get a free upgrade pack.

How to Access DisklavierRadio and the DisklavierMusicStore

Once you are connected to the internet and registered with Internet Direct Connection, use your PRC100 pocket controller to sign up. First, choose "Internet" from the main menu. Then, to receive all of DisklavierRadio's channels, press "My Account" and "Subscription Status". From here, press "Buy Radio Sub" to sign up for a monthly or yearly subscription. After signing up, choose "DisklavierRadio" or "DisklavierMusicStore" from the "Internet" menu to play or download music.
