Jazz pianist Scott Wilkie, known for his fiery live performances, had two goals when making this album: an uncompromising studio-quality recording with his favorite acoustic grand piano (Yamaha C7), but with the unbridled live energy of his longtime band interacting as they would on a concert stage.
