Twenty-one performers from around the world converged in Minnesota in early July for the 2013 e-Piano Junior Competition. JiaXin Min, a seventeen year old from Shanghai, China, captured 4th prize. JiaXin started piano at the age of 5. Five years later, she continued her studies at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music in the elementary school and was admitted to the middle school afterwards, where she received music and academic scholarships.
