The 8th Annual West Coast Jazz Party once again offered several opportunities for fans to meet and converse with artists, poolside or during cruise sessions, as a relaxing contrast to formal evening concerts staged in the ballroom. "We went to Yamaha for our instruments," explains John McClure, Festival co-producer, "because of the superior quality and service the company is known for. In surveying our artists, particularly the pianists, Yamaha pianos always come out on top. We are proud to have Yamaha as the official piano of the West Coast Jazz Party."
